課程概述

The “Health Related Physical Fitness” is a 16 weeks online course program. Each week, students will participate in various physical fitness programs such as cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, balance flexibility, and agility. In addition, this course will teach students to find a proper exercise program for them. 

課程目標
- Understanding the terms in physical fitness, health, and wellness.
- Knowing the effects of a healthy lifestyle related to health and wellness.
- Evaluating him/her level of Physical fitness.
- Achieving or maintaining a health-enhancing level of physical fitness.
